Philosophically, Bob believes that you need to work hard every day, treat everyone he has contact with well and their day a little bit better. Bob loves owning Floor Magic and working directly with as many client as he can in improving their homes.

Amy is a Sales Consultant at our Rockport Showroom. She has worked at Floor Magic for 8 years. Amy came to us after leaving a big box store with experience in flooring. Amy her husband Rob their two girls Beth & Amanda live in Warren with their dog Dakota and cat Brady.

Deborah Culpovich
Deborah is a Sales Consultant working primarily in the Damariscotta Showroom since August of 2016. She has worked in retail for the last fifteen years. Her experience entailed expanding product selection while utilizing limited available showroom space to its maximum potential thereby furnishing customers with a range of options and increasing sales. Deborah’s primary focus remains on knowing her customers and providing them with excellent service.

Barbara Rawley
Barbara was born and raised in Wallingford, CT. and moved to Maine in 1981 with my two daughters and husband. I started to work for the State of Maine Human Services, Child Support Division. Then on Christmas Day I started to work for a local convenience company where my husband was manager. I was able to go from clerk, to manager and then to being a supervisor for 11 convenience stores’. I was with them for about 18 years. I then went to work with Bob at Floor Magic where I have been the Office Manager since he opened in 2005.

Molly Duke
Molly Duke is the self-appointed Greeter to any animal lover who enters our showrooms (if her dad, the owner is around). Molly was born on Christmas 2012 on the hills above the Cabot Creamery in Cabot, Vermont with her eleven other siblings. Molly and Bob enjoy their three-mile walks early each day on Beauchamp Point in Rockport. She loves everyone and everyone loves Molly. It goes without saying that Molly Duke looks forward to your visit to Floor Magic.
