Floor Magic just finished a miraculous transformation of the Ludwick’s Kitchen in Bristol. Jon and Bethany wanted to create a more open concept to the Dining Room so with the craftsmanship of Chip Davison we removed a wall, installed an old weathered beam and post then leveled up the kitchen floor (no surprise in a mid-1800 home).
Note the two tone base and wall cabinets. The wall and floor rehab was about $5,000, the Viking Range and Hood was about $10,000. The Cabinetry and Countertop cost installed was about $30,000.00 The Ludwicks are thrilled.
